Return and Refund Policy

All payments for services are due upon confirmation of dates.

Refund policy:

A full refund will be returned if cancelled 8 days or more before first day of reservation.
50% will be returned if cancelled within 5-7 days of first day of reservation.
No refund will be issued if cancelled within 4 days of first day of reservation
Refunds will be issued within 3 days of cancellation
All attempts will be made to issue refunds in the manner in which the reservation was paid.

One Dog

$100

Based on a 24 hour arrival to departure schedule. For example, I arrive at 1:00 P.M. on a Sunday and depart on or before 1:00 P.M. on Monday.

Second Dog (and each additional dog)

$50

Based on a 24 hour arrival to departure schedule. For example, I arrive at 1:00 P.M. on a Sunday and depart on or before 1:00 P.M. on Monday.

Cat

$100

If the kitties are in addition to a dog, the kitties are just an additional $10

holiday rates

+10%

If your reservation spans any major holidays, there is a 10% addition to the entire reservation. These include: New Years Eve/Day, MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
