One Dog
Based on a 24 hour arrival to departure schedule. For example, I arrive at 1:00 P.M. on a Sunday and depart on or before 1:00 P.M. on Monday.
Second Dog (and each additional dog)
Based on a 24 hour arrival to departure schedule. For example, I arrive at 1:00 P.M. on a Sunday and depart on or before 1:00 P.M. on Monday.
Cat
If the kitties are in addition to a dog, the kitties are just an additional $10
Holiday Rates
If your reservation spans any major holidays, there is a 10% addition to the entire reservation. These include: New Years Eve/Day, MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Property Checks
For your extended cations or winter “snowbird” lifestyle, I can check in your home multiple times per week, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This includes checking thermostats, windows, doors and locks, watering plants, and other basic checks.
Staying in Your Home
We are happy to stay in your home for your extended vacations or “snowbird” travels. This does not include pet sitting.
Return and Refund Policy
All payments for services are due upon confirmation of dates.
Refund policy:
- A full refund will be returned if cancelled 8 days or more before first day of reservation.
- 50% will be returned if cancelled within 5-7 days of first day of reservation.
- No refund will be issued if cancelled within 4 days of first day of reservation
- Refunds will be issued within 3 days of cancellation
- All attempts will be made to issue refunds in the manner in which the reservation was paid.
